77 - 8 Gym Pet Peeves For 2019

To all of you new years resolutioners, I have two things to say.

1) THANK YOU for walking in the front doors of the gym today. The world needs more people like you to take the leap and begin to work on changing for the better through exercise. Keep up the great work. Don’t quit. And reach out if you hit a rough patch! Defining Dad Bod Supports YOU!

2) Listen to this list compiled in fun but also seriously a crash course in gym etiquette. Those of us who’ve spent more than 10,000 hours in a gym setting are passionate about making the gym a great place to be — while our passion may come off as annoyance and frustration, we mean well and want the best for everyone — not least, ourselves.

And if one of these is you, high five yourself in the face and change course.
